Instructions :

  • A candidate can apply for only one position and not more than one application should be submitted by any candidate. In case of multiple Applications only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained and the application fee/ intimation charges paid for the other multiple registration(s) will stand forfeited.
  • The process of Registration of application is completed only when fee is deposited with the Bank through On-line mode on or before the last date for fee payment.
  • Before applying, candidates are requested to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post as on the date of eligibility. Admission to On-line test will be purely provisional without verification of documents. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents when the candidate reports for interview.

  • As per guidelines issued by Government of Maharashtra 70 % seats will be reserve for local candidates resident of Parbhani & Hingoli District & 30 % will be for out of Parbhani & Hingoli District.

Eligibility :

  • Law Officer: LLB with 50% marks and 2 years of experience.
  • Chartered Accountant: CA with 2 years of experience.
  • IT Officer (Grade 1 & 2): B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/Electronic & Telecommunication) or MCA. Grade 1 requires 2 years of experience.
  • Accountant: B.Com with 50% marks and 2 years of experience.
  • Clerk: Graduate from any recognized university with minimum 50% marks. Candidates with a Computer Science degree may be preferred.
  • Stenographer: Passed the Stenographer Examination.
  • Sub Staff (Peon): Minimum 10th pass.
  • Sub Staff (Driver): Minimum 10th pass and a permanent driving license.

Age Limit :

  • Minimum Age : 21 Years
  • Maximum Age : 38 Years

Salary :

  • Middle Management (e.g., Officers): Approximately ₹35,000 to ₹39,000 per month.
  • Junior Management (e.g., Accountants): Approximately ₹23,000 to ₹31,000 per month.
  • Support Staff (e.g., Clerk, Stenographer): The total salary for these posts is within the ₹15,000 to ₹39,000 range, with lower-level posts being on the lower end of the Scale.

Application Process :

  2. New Registration: Select “Click here for New Registration” and enter your basic details like name, contact number, and email address. A provisional registration number and password will be generated.
  3. Fill the Form: Log in using the generated credentials and fill out the detailed application form. Candidates can save the data and continue later using the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab.
  4. Upload Documents: Upload scanned images of your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration according to the specifications provided in the official notification.
  5. Pay Fee: Pay the application fee online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. Bank transaction charges will be borne by the candidate.

  • The system will generate a provisional registration number and password, which will also be sent to your email and phone number via SMS.
Step 2: Fill the Application Form 
    • Log in with your provisional registration number and password.
    • Fill in all the required personal, academic, and other details.
    • You can use the “SAVE AND NEXT” option to save your progress and continue later.
    • Before final submission, review all the entered details by using the “SAVE AND NEXT” feature to make any necessary corrections.

Scan and upload the following documents, ensuring they meet the specified size requirements.

  • Photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm)
  • Signature (with black ink)
  • Left thumb impression (on white paper, with black or blue ink)

Step 4: Pay the Application Fee 
  • Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹944 (including GST) for all categories.
  • The payment must be made online using options like a Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
  • After the payment is successful, submit the application form.
  • Take a printout of the e-receipt and the final application form for your records.

Selection Process :

  • Online Test: An online written examination will be conducted for eligible candidates. The date for this test will be announced later.
  • Interview: Candidates who qualify in the online test will be shortlisted and called for a personal interview.
  • Document Verification: Final selection is subject to document verification.
