1. Clerk (1,382 Posts)
  • Screening Test: 90 marks | 1 hour | Objective MCQs.
    • Subjects: Marathi (10 marks), English (20 marks), General Knowledge (10 marks), General Intelligence/Reasoning (20 marks), Arithmetic (20 marks), and Computer Knowledge (10 marks).
    • Passing Criteria: Minimum 45 marks required to qualify for the next stage.
  • Typing Test: 20 marks | 10 minutes.
    • Requirement: Type a 400-word English passage. Minimum passing score is 10 marks.
  • Viva-Voce (Interview): 40 marks.

Bombay High Court Recruitment 2025 Selection Process :

  • The Selection Committee reserves the right to adopt an appropriate method or methods for shortlisting the candidates, at any stage of the Selection Process.
  • On the basis of performance of candidates in the Shorthand Test, Typing Test and Viva-voce, a Select List and Wait List of candidates for the above-said post will be prepared in the order of merit and the same will be published on the official website of the Bombay High Court in due course of time, after the selection process is over.
  • The Select List and Wait List shall be valid for a period of two years from the date of its publication and shall stand lapsed thereafter, unless the period of validity is extended by the Honourable the Chief Justice.
  • If a candidate on the Select/wait List fails to join the duty within the period stated in the appointment order, his/her name will be struck off/removed from the Select/wait List without informing the candidate.
