General Requirements
  • Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
  • Medical Fitness: Final appointment is subject to a medical examination by a Bank Medical Officer.

NABARD Specialists Recruitment 2026 Selection process :

  • Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted for an interview in a 1:3 ratio based on their qualifications and years of relevant experience.
  • Personal Interview: A Selection Committee evaluates candidates on domain expertise, professional background, and suitability for the post.
  • Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present original documents, including a No Objection Certificate (NOC) if currently employed in a Government, PSU, or Bank.
