IB MTS Eligibility Criteria 2025 :

    • Must have passed 10th Class (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
    • Basic Understanding of general Office tasks preferred.
    • Nationality : Must be Indian Citizen.

Age Limit :

    • Minimum Age : 18 Years
    • Maximum Age : 25 Years.

Age Relaxation :

  • OBC: + 3 Years
  • SC/ST: +5 Years
  • PWD: As per government rules.

IB MTS Salary 2025 :

  • Pay Level: Level 1
  • Salary Range: ₹18,000 -₹56,900
  • In-hand Salary: Approx. ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Tier-1 Objective Test (100 Marks)

Application Process:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official Ministry Of Home Affairs MHA website or the National Career Service (NCS) portal.
  2. Register: Navigate to the ‘Recruitment’ section and register using your personal details (name, mobile number, email address) to get a User ID and password.
  3. Fill the Form: Log in with the generated credentials and accurately fill out the application form with all required information, including educational qualifications and state domicile.
  4. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the required documents, a passport-sized photograph, and a signature.
  5. Pay Fees: Pay the application fee (Rs. 650 for General/OBC/EWS; Rs. 550 for others) through the online payment gateway (SBI E pay using Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking or SBI Challan).
  6. Submit: Submit the final form and print the confirmation page for your records.

Application Fee : 

    • General/OBC/EWS : Rs. ₹650.
    • Others : Rs. ₹550

Selection Process :

  1. Tier 1 Written Examination: An online objective test (100 marks) as detailed in the syllabus section above. Candidates must clear this stage to proceed.
  2. Tier 2 Descriptive Test: An offline descriptive English test (50 marks, qualifying nature). Candidates must score a minimum of 20 marks to qualify.
  3. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates undergo verification of their original certificates and domicile proof.
