- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline is required from any of the following:
- An Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)
- A National Institute of Technology (NIT)
- An institution ranked within the top 100 in the Engineering category of the NIRF Rankings for the year of graduation or the preceding year.
- Final-year students who are likely to complete their graduation before joining are also eligible to apply.
- Domicile Requirement: This is a mandatory requirement. A person is eligible to apply for vacancies advertised for a particular State/UT only if they are a domicile holder of that specific state/UT.
- Experience: Candidates should have 0-2 years of relevant post-essential qualification work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
