Selection Process :
- Phase I (Online Examination): This is a screening test consisting of two objective-type papers of 100 marks each. Marks from Phase I are for qualification only and do not count towards the final merit list.
- Phase II (Online Examination): Candidates shortlisted from Phase I appear for this stage, which also has two papers (Paper 1 descriptive English; Paper 2 stream-specific questions). The marks from Phase II are weighted at 85% in the final selection.
- Phase III (Interview): Shortlisted candidates from Phase II are called for a personal interview to assess their personality, communication skills, and domain knowledge. The interview carries a weightage of 15% in the final selection.
