SSC CHSL Notification 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements set by SSC :
SSC CHSL 2025 Educational Qualification :
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
- For the post of Data Entry Operator (DEO) in the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India, candidates must have studied Science stream with Mathematics as a subject.
SSC CHSL 2025 Age Limit :
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 27 years
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms (e.g., 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST).
Nationality :
A candidate must be either:
- a citizen of India, or
- a subject of Nepal, or
- a subject of Bhutan, or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to permanently settle in India.

- The exam tests various modules, including Computer Knowledge and Subject Expertise.
