The SSC MTS 2025 is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for Multitasking Staff and Havaldar post. The SSC will be conducted this exam for every year on national level. SSC MTS 2025 – Notification

SSC MTS is a national level exam which is conducted every year. The Staff Selection Commission is expected to release the SSC MTS 2025 notification on June 26, 2025. The application forms will be available from 26th June to 25th July 2025. The Official notification will be released on the official website of SSC www.ssc.gov.in. The SSC MTS stands for Staff Selection Commission Multitasking Staff and this examination is conducted by the SSC Staff Selection Commission to recruit the eligible candidates for Multitasking Staff and Havaldar posts. All eligible candidates can fill the online application form through online on the official website of SSC www.ssc.gov.in. This exam is ideal for the candidates who seeking government jobs at the matriculation level.

SSC MTS 2025 – Online Application Form

The SSC MTS 2025 application form will be available on the official website of www.ssc.gov.in on 26th June 2025. The last date to apply online for the SSC MTS 2025 exam will be July 25, 2025. All eligible candidates can fill the application form through online before the last date.

Here is the steps to apply for the SSC MTS 2025 Examination :

  • Visit the official website of SSC – ssc.gov.in
  • Log in with your details or Register if you have not signup before.
  • After logging into the official website, the exam dashboard appears on the screen
  • Click on the Apply button.
  • Fill the application form with currect details.
  • Upload your documents.
  • Pay the application fee.
  • Finally Submit the Application Form.

In case of any discrepancy in the SSC MTS application form candidates are provided with a chance to rectify it. However, SSC MTS application correction entails a correction fee of Rs. 200 for the First correction and Rs. 500 for the Second correction.

The candidates will be required to pay the SSC MTS Examination fee after filling out the application form online.

  • For the General and OBC Candidates – 100/-
  • Candidates from all other categories are exempt.

SSC MTS 2025 – Eligibility Criteria 

The SSC MTS Eligibility criteria includes age limit, educational qualification, and nationality. For Havaldar post, Physical Test will also be conducted.

Educational Qualification :
  • Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) or its equivalent from a recognized board or institution by the closing date of application.
Age Limit :
  • 18-25 years: MTS and Havaldar in CBN
  • 18-27 years: Havaldar in CBIC
  • Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules for reserved categories:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC: 3 years
    • PwD: 10 years (general), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST)
Nationality :
  • An Indian citizen, or
  • A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
  • A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, intending to settle permanently, or
  • A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, or East African countries, intending to settle permanently.

SSC MTS 2025 – Exam Pattern

  • The total marks for the SSC MTS Paper-I exam are 270, as per the latest pattern.
  • The exam will be objective type (Multiple Choice Questions).
  • Language options:
    • Session I and the General Awareness section of Session II will be available in English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages.
  • Negative marking:
    • Session I: No negative marking.
    • Session II: for each wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted
  • Extra time for special candidates:
    • Visually handicapped and cerebral palsy candidates will get 45 minutes per session.
