UCO Bank has released its Apprentice Recruitment 2025 :

The United Commercial Bank (UCO Bank) has released Official notification and application forms for 532 apprentice vacancies on 21st October 2025. On 21 October, 2025, UCO Bank formally published the notification under Advertisement No. HO/HRM/RECR/2025-26/COM-03, inviting application for 532 Apprentice under banking operations.

UCO Bank Apprentice Notification 2025 Eligibility

To be eligibility to appear for selection process for the post of Apprentice, Candidates have to fulfill the required , Eligibility criteria as specified by the officials. The eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification age limit, as specified in the official notification.

Education Qualification :

  • Graduate degree from a recognized University/Institute approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies
  • Candidates must have completed graduate and have mark sheet and provisional/Final Degree certificate issued by the University/Institute/College for their graduate on or after 01.04.2021.
Age :
  • Age Candidates must be between 20 to 28 years as per cut-off date.
  • Educational qualification : A graduate degree (in any discipline) from a recognized university/institute.

UCO Bank Apprentice Application Process  :

  1. Register via NATS portal (as required for apprenticeships) and note the registration number.
  2. Visit the official website of UCO Bank (under “job Opportunity” selection) and locate the advertisement Adv. No. HO/HRM/RECR/2025-26/COM-03.
  3. Complete the Online application between 21 OCT and 30 oct 2025.
  4. Pay the application/exam fee (if applicable) by the last date.
  5. Upload required document (photo, signature, education certificate, local language certificate if needed).
  6. Prepare for the Online. exam scheduled for 09 Nov 2025.
  7. If shortlisted, appear for document certification and local language proficiency test (if applicable).
  8. Successful candidates get engaged as an apprentice for on year.
  9. Note : The stipend payment and other administrative formalities  will follow as per bank norms.

UCO Bank Apprentice Application Fee 2025:

The Candidates also have to pay an application fee before submitting their application forms. The application fee will vary category-wise, and the fee once paid will not be refunded in any case. The application fee will be as follows.

Exam Pattern & Selection Process :

  • The selection will be based on a Online Entrance Test followed by document verification ( and language test if required)
  • Exam structure (from one source):
    • General & Financial Awareness: 25 questions marks.
    • General English: 25 questions, marks.
    • Reasoning Ability & computer Aptitude: 25 questions 25 marks.
    • Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions, 25 marks.
    • Total: UCO Bank Apprentice: 100 questions for 100 marks.

Stipend & training :

  • The apprenticeship tenure is one year under the Apprentice Act.
  • Monthly stipend is ₹15,000 (as per one source).
  • The training will likely involve:
    • Branch operations (customer service, cash handling ledger entries).
    • Administrative tasks in back – Office.
    • Learning about banking production and clericals.
    • Following working hours similar to regular clericals.

The Selection of Candidates for the post of apprentice will include two stages. The selection process will consist of an online examination and a merit list/wait list.
